One of our customers, the Nguyen family, who own three nail salons in Houston, needed five seats to Orlando on school-calendar dates. Awards price per seat but release in ones and twos; five saver seats on the same flight exists roughly never. So we changed weapons. Capital One lets a household move miles between its own accounts and to any cardholder, so their two Venture X balances pooled into one 192,600-mile tank, and the portal booked all five at the family rate, $0 cash, and the ticket still earns because portal bookings are revenue tickets.
